Helpful Pick-up Tips
Congratulations on your new furniture or mattress purchase! Below are a few tips to help us provide you the best possible experience.
All sold orders will be picked up at our Distribution Center located at:

**Please call our warehouse 30 minutes prior to pick-up at 919-806-1100 except items needing Fabric Treatment (needs 24 hour notice).
Please pay any final balances at the Home Comfort store you purchased from prior to pick up.
- Merchandise that is picked up will not be assembled. It will be left in the factory package unless you would like to inspect the item. If inspected, our warehouse personnel will do their best to place the item(s) back in the original package(s). If you choose not to inspect and a defect is found at your home, you can bring the item back to the distribution center and it will be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact the Home Comfort location you purchased from to obtain an exchange ticket.
- Please consider the size and weight of the items you will be transporting and bring a vehicle capable of carrying and securing the goods.
**** We do not supply the materials to secure your items to your vehicle, so remember to bring your straps, rope, etc. ****
Directions to the Miami Blvd. Warehouse
Hwy 70 coming from Durham:
Turn right on Miami Blvd towards I-40 (South). The warehouse is a huge free-standing blue building on the left just past the TW Alexander Drive intersection.
Hwy 70 coming from Raleigh:
Turn left onto Alexander Dr. Turn left onto Miami Blvd. The warehouse is a huge free-standing blue building on the left.
From I-40:
Exit onto Miami Blvd. Take Miami Blvd towards Hwy 70. (North) The warehouse is a huge free-standing blue building on the right just before the TW Alexander Drive intersection.
Drive through the gate on the right side of the building. Drive just a little over half of the way down the side of building and you will see our sign on the door. Ring the bell and someone will assist you.
