TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your business. We appreciate your patronage and will do our best to make all aspects of your relationship with us a pleasant one.
RETURN POLICY
- Mattresses and box springs
- Due to the personal nature of mattresses, box springs and pillows; all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Stock Furniture Merchandise (excluding mattresses, box springs, and pillows)
- If you decide that you don’t like the items you selected or if they are too big they may be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery for a refund less shipping and handling fees and a 10% restocking fee.
Special Order Merchandise is ordered at the request of the customer and is a custom order. Therefore; special order sales are final and not eligible for cancellation or exchange. All monies paid on special orders are non-refundable. This applies to custom orders placed in one of our retail locations. Internet orders are not considered special orders.
Time estimates given for delivery are only estimates, not deadlines. Circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. We will do our best to keep any delay to a minimum.
REFUND POLICY
Cash and check purchases will be refunded by check within 10 business days of the return of the merchandise. Credit Card purchases will be refunded in the manner in which they were paid. NO CASH REFUNDS.
WARRANTY SERVICE POLICY
Home Comfort will offer local service area support on all Manufacturer’s warranties with free labor and parts for one full year, except for items sold “as-is”. After one year, there is a fee for in home inspection and a per hour labor charge for all non-warranty parts and repairs. Please contact the Manufacturer for warranty needs outside of our local service area.
